Scoop out the avocado into the bowl and sprinkle salt over it. Then mash until it is creamy.
Mince to tiny square pieces. Dice to slightly bigger cubes. Chop to thin, short slices.
Add the garlic, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, pepper, paprika, cayenne and cumin. Mix together.
Squeeze lemon and lime juice on top. Stir to incorporate it into the mixture.
Chill 1 hour.
